ImagFly is operated by GenXis, Inc. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use ImagFly.
2. What We Collect

3. What We Don't Collect
- We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising.
- We don't collect social media passwords or login credentials.
- We don't track you across other websites.
- We don't sell your data to third parties.
4. How We Use Your Images
- Processing: Images are sent to our AI optimization pipeline (Gemini Flash) for enhancement.
- Storage: Optimized images are stored on our CDN (images.link) for download. Original uploads are deleted after processing.
- Retention: Optimized images remain on our CDN for up to 30 days for delivery, then may be purged.
- No AI training: We do not use your images to train AI models.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate ImagFly:
- Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, DDoS protection
- Google Gemini — AI image optimization (images are sent to Google's API for processing)
- 50c.ai — Billing and API key management
Each service has its own privacy policy. Google's Gemini API processes images according to Google's AI Terms.
6. PWA & Share Target
When you install ImagFly as a PWA and share content from other apps:
- Shared images/URLs are stored temporarily in your browser's cache, not on our servers, until you submit them.
- The service worker runs locally on your device.
- No data is sent to our servers until you explicitly tap "Optimize."
7. Local Storage
We store your 50c API key in your browser's localStorage for convenience. This never leaves your device unless you submit a request. You can clear it anytime via your browser settings.
8. Data Security
All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption. Images are processed on secured infrastructure. We apply industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
- Access: Contact us to request a copy of any data we hold about you.
- Deletion: Contact us to request deletion of your data.
- Objection: You can stop using the Service at any time.
10. Children
ImagFly is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as needed. Changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top.
